just put a "screen" texture over the screen like fe the blood thing, make about 10 of those textures and swap them every frame? would not be perfect, but should work.
or maybe also add an algorithm that puts randomly generated grey pixels over the texture to simulate that "noise"?

We could also use the slith model from cube as slenderman. I mean, it looks just like him!
