In-App Updater - Fru5tum - 2014-06-26 I wanted to make a post on a implemented feature that I thought would be very interesting and I wanted ruler to see it but am I not allowed to make threads in that area of the forum? RE: Victor is my account Fcked? - ruler501 - 2014-06-26 That is for features the developers have implemented into the game/forum/server/etc For suggestions or discussion there are separate subforums for that. RE: Victor is my account Fcked? - asmanel - 2014-06-26 Depending on what it is, there also is the modding forum. RE: Victor is my account Fcked? - Fru5tum - 2014-06-26 In app update game can update with out having to download the whole thing over RE: Victor is my account Fcked? - Victor - 2014-06-26 Although it is a separate application, the updater project is supposed to do that. I think it's difficult for an app to overwrite itself. RE: In-App Updater - Fru5tum - 2014-06-26 Yea but the updates is seperated .-. I hve to download then at two different times they should be in the same package with a folder called update > update tool (folder) update history ( folder) RE: In-App Updater - rXn - 2014-06-27 Well, the updaters/launchers around should be able to update, launch and modify the game (f.e. like the one from Leauge of Legends, just an example). That is hard to do in-game, especially as they are not really neccessary to play the game and bloat up the code (imo). RE: In-App Updater - Fru5tum - 2014-06-27 Interesting .-. |
