maybe it can't connect to SQL? Because it fails on index.php line 149 which requires SQL.
If it can connect to SQL try running this file: https://github.com/Sorunome/OmnomIRC2/bl...c_vars.sql

The chatbox has been semi-working until I fixed it recently. It has been updated to OmnomIRC 2.12.1, with memcache and WebSockets set up, and with IRC bot issues fixed.

I fixed some bugs and sent pull requests upstream, but some issues remain.
