I just finish canceling the changes made by this troll. He/she deleted today the content of more than twenty pages.

This troll is only known by his/her IP address, 41.135.19.112.

Is there any way to add protections against something like that?

i think wiki owners can ban the user

We probably don't have to do anything other than revert the vandalism, as Wikia already has some anti-spam (people that spam their other wikis are banned).

Another option is to restrict edits to users who have logged in.
